According to the investigation, from August 20, 2020, to February 20, 2022, Tatyana used Telegram channels to call on chat participants to commit violent acts against government officials and law enforcement agencies. She also collected, systematized, and disseminated information about the victims' private lives without their consent, including prosecutors and judges, allegedly harming their rights and legitimate interests. Some of the messages concerned Lukashenko.

According to Baipol, Tatyana was lured by Belarusian intelligence services: a young man convinced her to return to Belarus, promising to resolve all issues, after which she was detained by the KGB in August 2022.

In March 2023, Tatyana was convicted on a number of charges, including "inciting other social hatred and discord" and "insult," and sentenced to imprisonment and a large compensation payment to the "victims."

On December 13, 2025, she was released following a visit to Minsk by US President Donald Trump's special representative, John Cole, and taken to Ukraine.

4 years 6 months of imprisonment in colony under general regime conditions, 100 basic values fine, 23500 rubles of compensation.

The charges are based on comments Kotov allegedly left in so-called extremist Telegram channels over the course of a month and a half following the 2020 presidential elections. There, Lukashenko's regime investigators allegedly found all the crimes listed above.

It is also known that Ivan was detained twice after the 2020 presidential elections. The first time was immediately after August 9. The second time, Lukashenko's security forces seized Kotov in mid-February 2021. Then, riot police detained 68 people in the village of Sokol in the Smolevichi district – participants and spectators of a concert by the band "Razbitae sertsa patsana."

He was released on February 17, 2026, having served his full sentence.

Trial outcome 27.02.2023
3 years 6 months of imprisonment in colony under general regime conditions.

Nasta is a well-known Belarusian human rights activist. Since August 2021, she has been a suspect in a criminal case related to the activities of the organization "Viasna."

On September 6, 2022, after attending a court hearing in the "Revolutionary Action" case, Nasta was convicted twice of "petty hooliganism" and spent 30 days in custody. Three weeks later, on October 28, 2022, she was arrested again. At the trial, she testified to torture: GUBOPiK officers shocked her with a stun gun and left her in the cold for eight hours without outerwear, causing Nasta to fall ill. While in custody at Okrestina, she was held without warm clothing or personal hygiene products.

On November 28, 2022, Nastya was again sentenced to 15 days in jail under Article 19.1, "petty hooliganism." In mid-December, she was re-arrested for the sixth time under the same article, and at the end of the month, she was charged with criminal offenses and transferred to Pretrial Detention Center No. 1. According to the prosecution, one of her human rights reports on the persecution of an anarchist community in 2018 contained a negative assessment of police actions, which served as the basis for the criminal case. Human rights activists note that this interpretation of the article is inconsistent with international standards.

Almost the entire trial, which began on June 13, 2023, was held behind closed doors. An appeal was heard on October 3, 2023. In July 2025, Nastya was placed in a special penal colony for six months.

On March 19, 2026, she was released after another visit to Minsk by US President Donald Trump's special representative, John Cole, and taken to Lithuania.

Trial outcome 20.06.2023
7 years of imprisonment in colony under general regime conditions.
