Nikolai graduated from the Faculty of Physics of the Belarusian State University, after university he went to work for the InterVelopers company, which soon began to cooperate with Wargaming. Since 2002, Nikolay began to manage business development in the company and has held this position to this day. The businessman, according to CSE, owns about 17% of Wargaming shares. Ezhednevnik has traditionally included him in the list of the most influential Belarusian businessmen - in the 2021 rating, he took 18th place.
