One message was written on February 24, 2022, under the news that Russian troops were entering Ukraine from Belarus. The second message, with which (according to the prosecution) Alexander publicly insulted A. Lukashenko, was published on April 7, 2022 (when Ukraine and Russia were negotiating a ceasefire) under the news with a quote from Lukashenko that "there can be no negotiations without the participation of Belarus."
On June 16, 2023, the appeal was heard and the verdict came into force.
