Vasily and his girlfriend Natalya were accused of participating in a protest in Minsk in 2020, entering the roadway and blocking public transport. They fully admitted their guilt. The Belarusians were identified from a video recording.
Before the trial, both were held on bail of 7,400 rubles.
46-year-old Vasily Kroes is a native of Mogilev. Graduated from Minsk State Linguistic University, Faculty of Spanish.
