From 2009 to 2014, Vitaly studied at the BSUIR at the Faculty of Computer Design, and then entered the master's program in the specialty “Occupational Psychology, Engineering Psychology, Ergonomics.” Afterwards he remained to work as an assistant at the Department of Engineering Psychology and Ergonomics.
