Glotov recorded explosive devices that had a damaging effect within a radius of at least 11 meters. After installation, they retreated to a safe distance.
According to the expert's conclusion, the initiation of explosive devices took place with a slow action. One explosive device did not detonate simultaneously with the others, it was later neutralized and seized by the state security agencies.
In addition to imprisonment, Vadim was fined 600 basic units (19,200 rubles).
