Из материалов обвинения известно, что Гармазинский с помощью сети Интернет и мобильного телефона в телеграмм-канале “Моя страна Беларусь” 18 ноября 2020 года и 18 января, а также 23 марта 2021 года разместил несколько сообщений оскорбительного характера, которые содержали негативные оценки первого лица государства. Одно из них касалось ситуации с Чемпионатом мира по хоккею. Он был взят под стражу в зале суда.
