As reported by the Department of Internal Affairs of the Gomel Regional Executive Committee, the young man climbed onto the roof of the Euroopt hypermarket, from where he took a red-green flag and put it in his jacket pocket. Then Konstantin threw the flag in the trash.
A year ago, on the stage of the assembly hall of the same college, Konstantin, along with three other students, was solemnly congratulated and awarded letters of gratitude - the young men saved a pensioner from the water.
