According to the prosecution, on March 1, a man in a state of alcoholic intoxication had the intention to damage property in public places, and therefore put the inscription «NO WAR» in red paint on the surface of a concrete fence.
This significantly reduced the aesthetic characteristics of the concrete fence, entailed the need to carry out work on painting the previously painted concrete fence, thereby causing damage to the «Automobile Plant No. 2» in the amount of 14,59 BYN.
