The case against Ilya was initiated on the events of September 23 in the Serebryanka microdistrict of Minsk. Ilya was accused of allegedly blocking the road and thereby interfering with traffic.
On November 29, 2022, the punishment regime was tightened. Ilya will be transferred to a colony for 6 months.
On May 12, 2023, he was released after the expiration of his sentence.
