According to the indictment, on the night of August 9-10, Ilya Tolkach was on the road near the architectural complex "Minsk - Hero City" and took an active part in group actions with other protesters. The defendant is also accused of shouting slogans in public, clapping his hands loudly and disobeying demands to stop such actions. The defendant admitted his guilt in part - he admitted the fact of being in the designated place, but did not admit that his actions led to a stop of public transport.
In the fall of 2023, he was released upon expiration of his sentence.
