The charges stemmed from a comment he posted on the sports website "Tribuna." According to the prosecution, the comment contained incitement to violence against Interior Minister Karaev.
Dmitry has psychological issues. He was sentenced to restricted freedom without being sent to an open correctional facility, as well as to compulsory treatment.
