Convicted under two articles of the administrative code: 24.23 part 1 (50 b.v.) and 24.3 (50 b.v.).
According to the investigation, being in a public place - at the carriageway next to house No. 133 on Pobediteley Avenue in Minsk, in the presence of other persons, publicly insulted the President of the Republic of Belarus, showing an insulting gesture in his direction, which, on the basis of accepted in society rules is indecent.
