Artur Syrokvasha served as deputy head of the Khoiniki border outpost, established in 2020. This means Artur worked on the border crossing through which Russian equipment entered Ukraine.
He was the secretary of the local BRSM youth union. Artur's VKontakte profile indicates that he is originally from Minsk and graduated from BSU.
