Artur is from Pinsk. He studied at the Slonim Medical College, graduated with a red diploma and was assigned to Grodno upon graduation. He entered the Grodno State Medical University, in addition, he worked as a paramedic of a visiting team in an ambulance.
According to the telegram channels supporting the current government in the Republic of Belarus, he was detained for registration in the «Peramoga» plan, and also participated in unauthorized mass actions.
