Later it became known that she became a defendant in the case under Part 3 of Article 130 of the Criminal Code on actions aimed at inciting hostility, rehabilitation of Nazism.
On 25.03.2022, she was transferred to house arrest.
04.03.2023 it became known the termination of the criminal case against Angelica that no crime had occurred.
