Andrei lives on Grushevka. He graduated from the Belarusian National Technical University in 2005, and by 2019 he had his own individual entrepreneur, which was engaged in petty trade.
GUBOPiK claims that his fault is that he fell for the fake Baipol mailing list (she lured with a promise that it could allegedly check if you were in the base of the security forces). Whether an administrative or criminal case has been opened against him and what exactly they are throwing at him is not reported.
