Aliaksandra worked at the S. N. Vyshelessky Institute of Experimental Veterinary Medicine and at the Republican Center for Olympic Training in Equestrian Sports and Horse Breeding in Ratomka. In January 2022 she was detained in a criminal case over participation in the 2020 protests in Minsk and held in a pre-trial detention center until the trial.
In May 2022, Aliaksandra was found guilty in a criminal case opened under the article "Organisation and preparation of actions that grossly violate public order, or active participation in them" and sentenced to restricted freedom with referral to an open-type correctional facility. She was released in the courtroom.
Aliaksandra later left Belarus.
In October 2024, a court hearing in absentia on toughening her punishment was held under special proceedings.
