According to the prosecution, on the evening of July 31, 2023, Kondratyev, while near the building of one of the dormitories of the Minsk Civil Aviation Plant, grabbed the national flag mounted on the facade of the building by the cloth, and then tore it off the mount, breaking the pole, which is part of the flag. Then, twisting the flag, he took it with him. By doing this, he harmed the authority of the Republic of Belarus.
And material damage to the plant amounted to 130 rubles 82 kopecks.
The man was “identified” from the CCTV footage and was detained on August 14, placed in a pre-trial detention center until trial. It was alleged in court that Alexander was intoxicated.
