Maria Petrovna Tsiklinskaya
Accomplice to crimes against the rights and freedoms of citizens of Belarus. Tsiklinskaya Maria Petrovna is an employee of the judicial authorities involved in politically motivated repressions, in which thousands of peaceful demonstrators, several hundred journalists, human rights defenders and activists were detained and subjected to violence.
She handed down guilty verdicts in politically motivated cases, where she imposed penalties in the form of a fine totaling at least 1,545 rubles and administrative arrest for a total period of at least 20 days.
She sentenced Yuri Svitin under Article 369 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus (insulting a government official) for an offensive comment addressed to prosecutor Dubrovensky on the Odnoklassniki social network. Tsiklinskaya sentenced Yuri to three years of restriction of freedom without sending him to a correctional facility and imposed an additional penalty in the form of a fine in the amount of 100 basic units. In addition, it decided to send Yuri for compulsory treatment for alcoholism and confiscate the phone, as well as to recover material compensation for moral damage in the amount of one thousand rubles in favor of the injured prosecutor.
She sentenced businessman Mikhail Chamurak to 7 days of administrative arrest under Part 3 of Article 23.34 of the Administrative Code for hanging white-red-white balloons on the window of a private house.

Yuri was found guilty in November 2021 of "insulting a government official" for a comment he left on the social network Odnoklassniki addressed to the Dubrovensky District Prosecutor.
In January 2023, a court hearing was held to discuss the issue of replacing the restriction of freedom with a non-custodial sentence. The outcome of the hearing is unknown.
