Natalia Protasevich is a political émigré living in Poland. She appeared on the wanted list in September 2026. It is indicated that she is wanted at the request of the Vitebsk Regional Police Department. Oksana Dyachuk was born in 1998 in Mariupol. In the spring of 2022, when Russian troops stormed the city, she tried to find her mother, teacher Natalia Yevstafyevna, in local chats after losing contact with her for over a month.
The family's apartment was destroyed, and her mother lost her home. Oksana was then able to move to Volyn (Turiysk and Kovel). In the fall of 2023, she moved to Poland with her Belarusian boyfriend. They settled in Zielona Góra, where Oksana found work in a warehouse. In late 2025, Dyachuk shared her frustration with unresolved household chores and illness: "I got sick, didn't resolve my job issue, and now it looks like I'll have to return to my hometown. I haven't accomplished even half of what I wanted."
At the beginning of 2026, Dyachuk traveled to Belarus – or through Belarus – but ended up in a pre-trial detention center.
