The girl said in court that she learned that people needed medical assistance and went after work to the intersection of Beda, Bogdanovich, and Surganov streets to provide such assistance. In the detention center in Okrestina Lane, Alexandra was beaten and threatened with rape. The girl was sentenced to 3 years of restricted freedom without being sent to an open-type correctional facility. He acted as the state prosecutor in the case of Ilya Tolkach. According to the charges, on the night of August 9-10, 2020, the man "was on the roadway near the Minsk - Hero City architectural complex and took an active part in group actions with other protesters that grossly violated public order and involved clear disobedience to the lawful demands of police officers, which resulted in the disruption of transport." He was also accused of publicly shouting slogans, loudly clapping his hands and refusing to obey demands to stop such actions. Ilya partially admitted his guilt - he agreed with the fact of his presence in the designated place, but did not admit that his actions led to the stoppage of public transport. The man was sentenced to 3 years of restricted freedom with a referral to an open-type institution under Part 1 of Article 342 of the Criminal Code.
