Andrei was detained by GUBOPiK and SOBR officers. From October 2020 to November 2023, according to the prosecution, he administered an open group on Odnoklassniki, where he published materials critical of Lukashenko and a post denying the massacre of civilians in the village of Khatyn on March 22, 1943, by soldiers of the 118th Schutzmannschaft Battalion of the Security Police and the SS Special Battalion Otto Dirlewanger.

In October 2024, Andrei received the first sentence in Belarus for "denying the genocide of the Belarusian people" – three years in a general regime penal colony. He was also found guilty of "insulting" Lukashenko.

On December 13, 2025, he was released following a visit to Minsk by US President Donald Trump's special representative, John Cole, and taken to Ukraine.

According to human rights activists , the son of politician Anatoly Lebedko is accused of financing extremist activities. Artem was detained in late March and subsequently sentenced to two 15-day arrests, after which he was charged and transferred to Pretrial Detention Center No. 1.

According to the prosecution, in 2020, "motivated by ideological hatred," Lebedko made several money transfers over the phone using a bank account to three foundations designated as "extremist groups." The funds were reportedly transferred through the payment system of the popular social network Facebook. These foundations allegedly include BY_help and the Belarusian Sports Solidarity Foundation.

At the trial, the political prisoner did not admit guilt and stated that he did not at all understand the essence of the charges brought against him and did not understand why he was in the dock.

On October 31, 2023, the appeal was heard and the verdict came into force.

Cameraman. Pavel collaborated with independent media. The journalist had previously been detained multiple times while covering political events in Belarus, including after 2020. He was detained as part of a criminal case on February 9 after a search of his home, during which mobile phones and a video camera were seized. It was later revealed that Pavel was charged under Part 1 of Article 361-1 of the Criminal Code.

On September 11, 2025, it became known that 52 prisoners of the Belarusian regime were forcibly transferred to the territory of Lithuania. Among them are citizens of European countries. Among those released is Pavel Podobed.

Sergey Kudritsky, who worked as a sales specialist, was arrested on June 24, 2022 and placed in pre-trial detention, and his wife, Margarita, a leading specialist in one of MTBank's departments, was released on a large bail, since there is a minor child in the family.

According to the prosecution, Sergei and Margarita took an active part in an unauthorized mass event in Minsk on August 30, 2020.

It became known in court that Sergei was also detained on June 9, 2020. Then, a bag of marijuana was allegedly found in his things. So the investigation had another article - 328, the charge under which was considered simultaneously.

Sergey was very active in commenting on various messages in more than 30 groups. The Telegram account was more or less decently protected, but he had not changed it since 2018.

The security forces accuse him of "threatening government officials on the Internet" (he left 43 thousand comments). And also of transferring some information about his former classmate, a security officer, to the "Black Book of Belarus". 58 criminal cases have been opened against him.
