Accomplice in crimes against the rights and freedoms of citizens of Belarus. Pisarevich Evgeniy Viktorovich is an employee of the judicial authorities involved in politically motivated repressions. He handed down guilty verdicts in politically motivated cases, where he imposed punishment in the form of a fine totaling at least 14,935 rubles and administrative arrest for at least 56 days. In 2023, Artem Lebedko was found guilty under Article 361-2 of the Criminal Code for money transfers to three funds related to “extremist formations.” Pisarevich sentenced the man to imprisonment for 3 years and 6 months to be served in a colony under a high security regime. On July 4, 2017, Volchek O. was unreasonably fined in the amount of 25 basic units for participating in the “march of non-parasites.” He also illegally prosecuted more than 7 people under Article 23.34 of the Code of Administrative Offenses, awarding large fines or administrative arrest. Because of Pisarevich’s decisions, the following people suffered: Drozdov Gennady, Podobed Pavel, Primako Andrey, Semchenko Dmitry, Franchuk Sergey, Yakunin Alexander and others.

Journalist and TV presenter, who previously held a position in the “presidential pool” of the ONT TV channel.

In August 2020, Semchenko resigned in protest against the brutal dispersal of peaceful protests. Dmitry and his wife were detained on September 15 in Minsk. Yulia was later released, and Dmitry was left behind bars pending trial. A day later, the man was arrested for 15 days. But after 15 days, Dmitry was not released and was sentenced to another 13 days of arrest under Article 19.11 of the Code of Administrative Offenses for distributing "extremist materials" on his social networks. When Dmitry Semchenko was not released on October 13, 2022, it became known that a criminal case had been opened against him.

According to human rights activists , he was released in July 2025, having fully served his sentence.

According to the prosecution , from May to November 2021, Alexander "posted offensive comments about Lukashenko on various Internet resources."

The man also left offensive texts in obscene language regarding the Chairman of the State Security Committee of the Republic of Belarus Ivan Tertel, the Chairman of the Central Electoral Commission Lyudmila Yermoshina, deputies of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly, the Ministers of Foreign Affairs and Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus, as well as a prosecutor.

According to human rights activists , he will be released at the end of May 2025.

Ruslan is a Belarusian blogger who has been creating videos on social and political topics since 2020. By February 2021, his channel had more than 90,000 subscribers. On February 20, 2021, he was detained and later convicted of “insulting a government official.”

It became known that Ruslan was not released from the colony after his term expired, but was transferred to the pretrial detention center in Kolyadichi. The reasons for the new charges are still unknown.

He was released in June 2025, having served his full sentence.
