Eugene Viktorovich Pisarevich
Accomplice in crimes against the rights and freedoms of citizens of Belarus. Pisarevich Evgeniy Viktorovich is an employee of the judicial authorities involved in politically motivated repressions. In 2023, Artem Lebedko was found guilty under Article 361-2 of the Criminal Code for money transfers to three funds related to “extremist formations.” Pisarevich sentenced the man to imprisonment for 3 years and 6 months to be served in a colony under a high security regime. On July 4, 2017, Volchek O. was unreasonably fined in the amount of 25 basic units for participating in the “march of non-parasites.” He also illegally prosecuted more than 7 people under Article 23.34 of the Code of Administrative Offenses, awarding large fines or administrative arrest. Because of Pisarevich’s decisions, the following people suffered: Drozdov Gennady, Podobed Pavel, Primako Andrey, Semchenko Dmitry, Franchuk Sergey, Yakunin Alexander and others.

Ruslan is a Belarusian blogger who has been creating videos on social and political topics since 2020. By February 2021, his channel had more than 90,000 subscribers. On February 20, 2021, he was detained and later convicted of “insulting a government official.”
