Nikolay Danilyuk took direct part in falsifying the results of the presidential elections in the Republic of Belarus in 2020 as a member of the precinct election commission. On January 11, 2021, he acted as a people's assessor of the judicial panel in the case of Alexander Nesteruk, who was found guilty of desecration of state symbols under Article 370 of the Criminal Code for removing the flag from the House of Culture. The guy received a punishment of 6 months of compulsory educational measures.
