Dluzhnevsky Alexander Nikolaevich is involved in politically motivated repressions in Belarus. During his work in court, he issued decisions on no less than 93 days of arrest and no less than 2,430 rubles in fines in politically motivated cases, thereby violating both international conventions on rights and national laws. Such numerous actions on the part of Alexander Nikolaevich Dluzhnevsky led to a legal default in the Republic of Belarus, which is reflected in the undermining of trust in the judicial system and the transition of this institution from a law enforcement to a repressive and punitive body.
