Dluzhnevsky Alexander Nikolaevich is involved in politically motivated repressions in Belarus. As a judge of the Central District Court of Minsk, he repeatedly passed sentences, ignoring exculpatory facts, purposefully handing down guilty verdicts, guided by orders from above. One of the described cases in which the judge of the Central District Court of Minsk Alexander Nikolaevich Dluzhnevsky, having considered an administrative case against Yu on November 17, 2020 for allegedly committing an administrative offense, did not comply with the statutory requirements for a comprehensive, complete, objective verification of evidence and in violation of .1 Part 11 Article 11.9 PIKoAP issued an unmotivated decision, i.e. without presenting an assessment of the evidence of a person’s guilt or innocence, as well as justification for the type of administrative penalty, imposing on Yu. a penalty in the form of administrative arrest for a period of 13 days, which entailed grave consequences, expressed in an arbitrary violation of the constitutional right of a citizen of the Republic of Belarus to personal freedom. During his work in court, he issued decisions on no less than 93 days of arrest and no less than 2,430 rubles in fines in politically motivated cases, thereby violating both international conventions on rights and national laws. Such numerous actions on the part of Alexander Nikolaevich Dluzhnevsky led to a legal default in the Republic of Belarus, which is reflected in the undermining of trust in the judicial system and the transition of this institution from a law enforcement to a repressive and punitive body.
