I came up with a reason to justify a closed trial of Witold Ashurk. He also issued fines in the amount of 3,996 rubles. (of which, under Article 23.34 of the Administrative Code, for 3321 Belarusian rubles), adm. arrest - 12 days 12/19/2020 - Convicted a pensioner for a photo with a 10-point white-white flag. V. At the trial he stated: “Now, in order to take a photo, you need to submit a petition to the executive committee, even if you are taking a photo in the forest. Because I don't like this symbolism. <...> Without permission from the District Executive Committee, all your actions will be regarded as a picket!”
