Deputy Baranovichi Interdistrict Prosecutor. He acted as the state prosecutor in the case of political prisoner Mikhail Dobysh. Mikhail was found guilty of "threatening to use violence against a police officer." The victim, police officer Mitsura, claimed that on September 17, 2020, while in a grocery store, he encountered Mikhail Dobysh, who allegedly "stared at him and smiled," then filmed him on his phone and "threatened." However, witnesses who were in close proximity to Mikhail categorically deny the fact of threats. Mikhail Dobysh was sentenced to 3 years of restricted freedom with referral to an open-type correctional facility ("chemistry").
