Accomplice in crimes against the rights and freedoms of citizens of Belarus. Stepanov Vladimir Yurievich is an employee of the judicial authorities involved in politically motivated repressions. He handed down guilty verdicts in politically motivated cases, where he imposed punishment in the form of a fine totaling at least 567 rubles and administrative arrest for a total period of at least 7 days. He imposed 7 days of administrative arrest as punishment on Dmitry Martynov, who was found guilty under Article 19.11 for “distributing extremist products.” He held a mobile trial on the territory of the temporary detention facility against the Grishko brothers, awarding them a fine of 15 basic units each. The trial was deliberately held in a closed area so that relatives and human rights activists could not attend the hearing.
