Accomplice to crimes against the rights and freedoms of citizens of Belarus. Abashin Aleksandr Viktorovich supports the Lukashenko regime and politically motivated repressions. Involved in the issuance of guilty verdicts in politically motivated cases. He passed a sentence on Dmitry Zagolovets. The man was accused of insulting Lukashenko under Part 1 of Article 368 of the Criminal Code, insulting a government official under Article 369 of the Criminal Code, assisting extremist activity under Part 1 of Article 361-1 of the Criminal Code, and financing the activities of an extremist group under Article 361-2 of the Criminal Code. Abashin sentenced Dmitry to imprisonment in a general regime penal colony for three years and six months.
