Guleshova Elena Ivanovna is a judge involved in the issuance of politically motivated court decisions, for which at least 648 rubles in fines were imposed. On September 29, 2020, two citizens were convicted of Gizemov P.V. and Poltoratsky S.G., wrongfully detained under Art. 23.34 of the Code of Administrative Offenses, imposing a penalty in the form of a fine with a total amount equal to 16 basic units.
