Shumskaya Tatyana Ivanovna is an employee of the judicial authorities involved in politically motivated repressions, in which thousands of peaceful demonstrators, several hundred journalists, human rights defenders and activists were detained and subjected to violence. She handed down guilty verdicts in politically motivated cases, where she awarded fines totaling at least 690 rubles. She pronounced a verdict and found Alexander Koronkevich guilty under Article 23.34 of the Administrative Code for participating in a protest on Freedom Day and sentenced him to a fine of 15 basic units.
