An accomplice to crimes against the rights and freedoms of citizens of Belarus. Korda Denis Sergeyevich is an employee of law enforcement agencies involved in politically motivated repressions. He acts as a state prosecutor in courts on politically motivated cases. On April 22, 2021, Korda requested 6 years in a maximum security penal colony for the driver of the Country for Life motorhome, Alexander Aranovich. Alexander was recognized as a political prisoner. He, along with other defendants in the Tikhanovsky case, was detained on May 29, 2020 in Grodno during an election picket to collect signatures for Svetlana Tikhanovskaya. The man was found guilty under Article 293 of the Criminal Code for finding an old smoke bomb in his parents' house during a search, as well as under Article 342 of the Criminal Code for organizing an election picket in Grodno.
