Accomplice in crimes against the rights and freedoms of citizens of Belarus. Valery Svyatoslavovich Tsybulsky supports Lukashenko’s regime and politically motivated repressions. He handed down guilty verdicts in politically motivated cases, where he imposed punishment in the form of a fine totaling at least 9 basic units and administrative arrest for a total period of at least 41 days. On June 20, 2021, Vyacheslav Korotkevich was found guilty under Article 367 of the Criminal Code and sentenced to one year and six months of imprisonment to be served in a colony under general regime conditions. Vyacheslav was accused of slandering Lukashenko. On October 24, 2022, Dmitry Shkredo was found guilty under Article 19.11 of the Administrative Code and sentenced to 13 days of administrative arrest for participating in a protest.
