Oleg was tried for having painted several walls in the entrance of a multi-story building in February 2023. The inscriptions contained insults to A. Lukashenko.

Kardash was detained for the first time in March 2023. He was tried three times under administrative articles. Each time, he was sentenced to "24 hours." The first trial took place on March 9, 2023, because a video from August 2020 with the TUT.BY logo was found on the man's Odnoklassniki social network. The second trial took place on March 17, because cutting boards with "an image of a dog in a helmet with the SS emblem, a board with an image of a man in a helmet with the SS emblem" were found at the man's home - that is, Kardash allegedly "stored items with Nazi symbols for the purpose of distribution." The third trial took place on March 29 because he shared a video on the Odnoklassniki social network: the video had the Nexta logo (there was a brutal suppression of the Minsk protests that took place on the night of August 9-10, 2020). Kardash shared this video on August 14, 2020.

On September 12, 2023, the appeal was heard and the verdict came into force.

According to human rights activists , he was released in October 2024, having fully served his sentence as determined by the court.

Svetlana was first convicted under an administrative article for “distribution, production, storage, transportation of information products containing calls for extremist activities or promoting such activities,” after which a criminal case was opened against her for insulting A.G. Lukashenko.

According to the materials of the prosecution in the criminal case, Svetlana on her page in Odnoklassniki allegedly “placed a publication and video with a screensaver containing deliberately false information about Alexander Lukashenko, associated with accusing him of committing especially serious crimes, such as “murder”, “treason” state”, which do not correspond to reality and discredit its authority in the eyes of the public."

According to human rights activists, she will be released in early spring 2024 after fully serving her sentence.

Olga was first convicted under an administrative article for "distributing, manufacturing, storing, transporting information products containing calls for extremist activities or promoting such activities", after which a criminal case was opened against her for insulting Lukashenka A.G.

Vyacheslav was accused of "uttering phrases degrading the honor and dignity" of A. Lukashenko while intoxicated and in the presence of police officers. Recordings from the police officers' dashcams were later used in court as evidence of Solodkiy's guilt. It is not specified what words Vyacheslav used.

On 18.08.2024, the appeal was heard. The verdict came into force.

According to human rights activists, he will be released in the winter of 2024, having fully served his sentence as determined by the court.

Safanovich was accused of writing messages in a Telegram chat on October 25, 2020, calling for road closures. According to the prosecution and the court, in his first message, Safanovich "called for active participation in group actions in the Luninets district that grossly violate public order," i.e. Safanovich allegedly committed a crime under Part 1 of Article 342 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus.

Safanovich was also charged under Part 1 of Article 367 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus, i.e. public slander against Lukashenko. As follows from the article of the state publication, Safanovich wrote a second message in the same chat on August 13, 2020, under a photo of a tearful woman leaving Okrestina. The caption to the video was as follows : "Confession of a Belarusian girl who was in the dungeons of Lukashenko's Gestapo. Do I understand correctly that Lukashenko became the second after Hitler to attack the people of Belarus?"

On July 18, 2023, the appeal was heard and the verdict came into force.

Convicted of insulting Lukashenko.

On June 20, 2023, an appellate court hearing was held, and the verdict came into force.

At the beginning of June 2024 he was released, having fully served the sentence imposed by the court.

He was detained on January 9, 2023 as part of a criminal case opened in Brest based on the events of September 13, 2020, when during a protest, people danced in a circle on the roadway (the so-called “round dance case”).

According to human rights activists, he was released in May 2024 after fully serving the sentence imposed by the court.

Anatoly came to Belarus to be examined: he was diagnosed with cancer.

At first, the man was convicted under administrative article 19.11 (distribution of extremist materials) before his arrest. But even before the end of this arrest, he was charged under article 368 of the Criminal Code for insulting Lukashenko, and put in prison.

10.23.2023 released after expiration of sentence.

Evgeny Vasilevsky was detained almost a year ago in Moscow, from March 25 to April 7, 2022, he was sentenced to administrative arrest under Article 24.23 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Belarus (violation of the procedure for organizing or holding mass events).

The essence of the accusation is still unknown. Probably, we are talking about the transfer of personal data of security forces to protest chats.

In the fall of 2023, he was released after fully serving the sentence imposed by the court.

According to the prosecution , Yevgeny, while at his place of residence, posted a message of offensive content regarding Alexander Lukashenko in a Telegram group on March 1, 2022. This follows from the conclusion of a forensic linguistic examination.

Previously, the man was brought to administrative responsibility for storing information products of an extremist nature on his mobile phone.

On 24.03.2024, the appeal was heard. The verdict came into force.

According to human rights activists , he was released on January 25, 2025.

Grigory returned to Belarus in March 2022, where he was detained. The reason for the return was the mother's illness (cancer was found), and then the cancer was found in the father.

Grigory has not been in Belarus for a year and a half: since the end of November 2020. As he told the court, the reason for his departure was the inability to find a job in his specialty, as well as the need to deal with the documents of his grandmother (a citizen of Ukraine, but there is a Belarusian residence permit).

The man was convicted for participating in protest actions in Brest in 2020 (in the case of round dances).

During the trial , it was established that in January 2022, Korsak posted a photo of Alexander Lukashenko with icons on his personal page on the Odnoklassniki social network, and also published an image of Nazi symbols in the colors of the national flag of the Republic of Belarus.

At the court hearing, the man explained that he understood the meaning of the posted image and did so consciously.

According to human rights activists, he was released on December 6, 2024, having fully served the sentence imposed by the court.
