Occupying the position of a judge, which is approved personally by Lukashenko, is an employee of the judicial system of the Republic of Belarus, supporting the Lukashenko regime and politically motivated repressions in Belarus. Yulia Mikhailovna Kuksa is a judge involved in issuing politically motivated court decisions, according to which at least 15 days of administrative arrest and 1.5 years of restricted freedom were imposed. Sentenced one and a half years of restricted freedom without sending to open institutions to Yevgeny Kozhukh, accused of desecration of buildings and damage to property (Article 341 of the Criminal Code). Made a decision to include a Telegram chat called Battalion Terror in the list of extremist materials.
