Yaroslav Yuryevich Larichev
Accomplice to crimes against the rights and freedoms of citizens of Belarus. Larichev Yaroslav Yuryevich is an employee of law enforcement agencies involved in politically motivated repressions.
Responsible for the criminal inaction of the Stolbtsy District Prosecutor's Office and the refusal to initiate criminal cases against law enforcement officers guilty of using violence, damaging property and killing civilians.
Involved in the persecution of citizens who expressed disagreement with the Lukashenko regime and spoke out against the falsification of the presidential elections in the Republic of Belarus in 2020.
Acted as a state prosecutor in the case of political prisoners Ekaterina and Andrei Ariko, Maxim Dubeshko, Alexander Bobko, Olga Dubovik, Elena Dedyulia and Igor Myslivets, who were tried for applying images of a white-red-white flag and the "Stop Cockroach" symbol on bales of straw. For this they were found guilty under Article 339 of the Criminal Code. The defendants compensated the material damage in full, but Ekaterina Ariko was sentenced to 1.5 years of restricted freedom without being sent to a correctional facility, and the others were sentenced to one year of imprisonment each.
