Accomplice to crimes against the rights and freedoms of citizens of Belarus. Shikovetsky Alexander Igorevich is an employee of the security forces involved in politically motivated repressions, within the framework of which thousands of peaceful protesters, several hundred journalists, human rights defenders and activists were detained and subjected to violence.
Acts as a state prosecutor in politically motivated criminal cases for insulting government officials. For example, he spoke out against Zarodey Vitaly, accused under Articles 391 of the Criminal Code (insulting judges) and 368 of the Criminal Code (insulting the president). Shikovetsky requested the maximum sentences for the man under both articles, i.e. two years of imprisonment and three years of restricted freedom, respectively. As a result, Vitaly was sentenced to two years of imprisonment to be served in a general regime colony.
Acted as a state prosecutor in the case of Yakubovich Andrey, accused under Article 369 of the Criminal Code for insulting a government official. Shikovetsky asked the court to sentence the man to two years of restricted freedom without being sent to an open-type correctional facility. This is the punishment that the court handed down.

Apparently, all four were accused of participating in a protest in Kobrin on August 9, 2020. Since the security forces reported on Litvin's detention six months ago. Then the man was forced to "confess" on camera that he (on the night of August 9-10, 2020) "took part in the protests in Kobrin."

As journalists later found out , Ivan Litvin participated in the show "Make the Comedian Laugh" in 2016, when Volodymyr Zelensky was one of the jury members. Litvin won 20 thousand hryvnias.

Vitaly was arrested in March 2021 and convicted of "insulting" several Brest judges and Lukashenko. The charges were based on the fact that he filed claims in the court registry containing "negative assessments" that were recognized by experts as offensive.

He was released in December 2022, having fully served his sentence as determined by the court.

In December 2023, the Brest District Court heard a new criminal case against Vitaly under the articles for "insult" and "damage to documents" in a closed session. Vitaly did not appear in court, and his whereabouts are currently unknown.
