According to the court, the charge against everyone was that on August 10, 2020, in Brest, people "shouted slogans, whistled, clapped, displayed white-red-white banners, and stepped onto the roadway." In doing so, they allegedly grossly violated public order.

Alexander is a Pinsk resident, he was accused of participating in a protest that took place on the night of August 9-10, 2020 in Pinsk (at that time he was a minor). The arrest took place in the spring of 2024. He was released from the courtroom on September 5, 2024 before the verdict came into force.

The Overchuk brothers were detained in early June. Pro-government telegram channels reported this. In the confessional video, the men say that on August 10, 2020, they were in Brest at a protest rally.
Also involved in this case are Oleg Litvinchuk and Alevtina Gudkova. His brother Matvey was also detained.
During the trial , it was established that in January 2022, Korsak posted a photo of Alexander Lukashenko with icons on his personal page on the Odnoklassniki social network, and also published an image of Nazi symbols in the colors of the national flag of the Republic of Belarus.
At the court hearing, the man explained that he understood the meaning of the posted image and did so consciously.
According to human rights activists, he was released on December 6, 2024, having fully served the sentence imposed by the court.

Marina, a teacher of Polish and English, was convicted of “participating in group actions that grossly violate public order” in a criminal case opened after a protest that took place in Brest on September 13, 2020. During the protest, people sang and danced in circles, and a water cannon was used against them. She was sentenced to restricted freedom without referral, but in November 2021 she was transferred to house arrest.
She was released in April 2022, having fully served her sentence as determined by the court.
