Occupying the position of a judge, which is approved personally by Lukashenko, is an employee of the judicial system of the Republic of Belarus, supporting the Lukashenko regime and politically motivated repressions in Belarus. Khripach Tatyana Pavlovna is a judge involved in issuing politically motivated court decisions, according to which at least 28 days of administrative arrest were appointed. On July 27, 2023, Judge Khripach Tatyana in the Novopolotsk court sent Andrei Berezovsky, the father of one teenager, to 13 days for the fact that his Facebook profile contained a photo decorated with the flag of Ukraine and, probably, the inscription "Glory to Ukraine". Sentenced 15 days of administrative arrest to Igor Bortnik.
