His last known position was as a financial controller at Belkanton Group, a large office supply company that also owns the Afiston chain of stores and Office Life magazine. According to his LinkedIn profile, Vladimir resigned no later than July 2023. He was presumably detained upon returning to Belarus after a vacation.
