Accomplice to crimes against the rights and freedoms of citizens of Belarus. Levkovich Alexander Valerievich is an employee of law enforcement agencies involved in politically motivated repressions. He acted as a state prosecutor in the case of Vladimir Neronsky, convicted under two articles of the Criminal Code: Part 1 of Article 342 and Article 369 (insulting a government official Andrei Yanchevsky). The man was sentenced to three years of imprisonment in a general regime penal colony.
