Alla Alekseevna Vinogradova is an employee of the judicial authorities involved in politically motivated repressions, in which thousands of peaceful demonstrators, several hundred journalists, human rights defenders and activists were detained and subjected to violence. She has issued convictions in politically motivated cases since 2011, where she issued penalties in the form of fines totaling at least 405 rubles and administrative arrest for at least 23 days. On August 11, 2020, she tried peaceful protester Artem Vladimir and sentenced him to 10 days of administrative arrest under Article 23.34 of the Administrative Code. Later she tried at least 5 people detained in Brest at a protest after the 2020 elections.
