Svetlana Yuryevna Makarevich
Accomplice to crimes against the rights and freedoms of citizens of Belarus. Svetlana Yurievna Makarevich is an employee of the judiciary involved in politically motivated repressions, in which thousands of peaceful demonstrators, several hundred journalists, human rights defenders and activists were detained and subjected to violence.
She handed down guilty verdicts in politically motivated cases, where she imposed punishment in the form of a fine totaling at least 810 rubles and administrative arrest for a total period of at least 27 days.
As chairman, she is responsible for all decisions made in the Oktyabrsky District Court. Politically motivated criminal cases of Tatyanok Maxim, Gotovko Gleb, Tikhon Klyukach, Anton Volovik and others were considered here.

Elena Toporkova is 54 years old. She graduated from the Belarusian State Polytechnical Academy (now BNTU).

Anton worked as a cameraman at ONT. Specifically, in November 2022, he participated in training for the Ministry of Internal Affairs' Security Department on interaction with state media. Kozelsky's last report aired in October 2023.

According to the verdict, from June 19, 2021 to November 15, 2023, Anastasia Matyash was a language consultant for the Polish television "TVP", which includes the Polish television channel "BELSAT tv BELSAT". During her work, she allegedly conducted language consultations, translated, corrected and edited texts, which were then used on BELSAT. The resolution also states that for participation in “extremist activities” Anastasia Matyash allegedly received “criminal” income, 40,000 Polish zlotys, 12,258 dollars and 8,575 euros.
Anastasia Matyash did not admit her guilt.

Human rights activists are aware that the second sentence was imposed on November 3 by the Central District Court of Minsk. At that time, Judge Yuliana Shcherba found 63-year-old Marchenko guilty of "disseminating extremist materials" (under Part 2 of Article 19.11 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).
