Oksana Pavlovna Akulich, as an investigator for especially important cases at the Minsk City Department of the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Belarus, is involved in politically motivated criminal cases against citizens who took part in peaceful protests after the 2020 presidential election. Through her actions, she contributed to the persecution of citizens who expressed disagreement with the authorities’ policies and took part in fabricating politically motivated charges.
