Accomplice to crimes against the rights and freedoms of citizens of Belarus. Dmitry Khavalko is an employee of law enforcement agencies involved in politically motivated repressions. He acted as a state prosecutor in the case of Elena Borisyuk, sentenced under Part 1 of Article 130 of the Criminal Code to 2 years and six months in prison for comments on the Internet.
