Sergei Vladimirovich Zhuchkov is an officer of the security forces involved in politically motivated repressions, during which thousands of peaceful demonstrators, several hundred journalists, human rights defenders, and activists were detained and subjected to violence. Sergey Zhuchkov personally participated in the violent suppression of protests using physical and psychological violence, and persecuted protesters. He is responsible for the crimes of his subordinates: persecution of journalists, participation in provocations, beatings of random citizens, including women of retirement age, and systematic perjury in court.
