She issued guilty verdicts on politically motivated articles. She fined activist Gennady Sharakh 0.5 base amount for participating in an unauthorized action. Pavel Levinov was not allowed as a representative of Gennady Sharakh for his defense in the court hearing. Article 62 of the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus guarantees every citizen the right to use at any time the assistance of not only lawyers, but also other representatives in court, but Lipskaya denied this right.
