The Frunzensky District Court, chaired by Misuno, awarded more than 20,000 days of administrative arrest and more than 270,000 rubles in fines in politically motivated cases. Svetlana Misuno was responsible for organizing the work and maintaining the legality of the activities of the Frunzensky District Court, from the courtroom of which Nina Baginskaya was illegally taken out when she came to support other activists. Her detention was unlawful and violated the principle of publicity of the trial.
