Artyom was convicted in November 2021 under the article "organizing or actively participating in group actions that grossly violate public order" for expressing his civic position. Human rights activists view his prosecution, imprisonment, and charges as "politically motivated punishment for exercising the right to peaceful assembly and expressing an opinion on the results of the August 2020 presidential elections."
Alexei was detained on February 23, 2021, and held in pretrial detention pending trial. In August 2021, he was convicted of "active participation in group actions that grossly violated public order" for his participation in the post-election protest that took place on September 13, 2020, in Minsk, as well as for attempted theft.
In addition, the Minsktrans company filed a civil claim for damages in the amount of almost 29 thousand rubles.
At the time of his arrest, Alexei had an outstanding criminal record and was serving a restricted-liability sentence without being sent to a correctional facility; he had two months and three days remaining on his sentence.
In November 2023, he was released, having fully served his sentence imposed by the court.
Vadim was arrested in April 2021 and convicted for participating in a protest that took place on August 10, 2020 in Minsk against the falsification of the presidential election results.
In November and December 2024, as well as in February 2025, in absentia court hearings were held regarding Vadim “on replacing the restriction of freedom without sending him to an open-type correctional facility.”

Igor, a Minsk resident, a citizen of the Russian Federation and a reserve officer, was arrested and convicted for filling the front door of the apartment of Tatyana Oboznaya, an employee of the internal affairs agencies, with polyurethane foam, who falsely commented on the death of Roman Bondarenko, who was killed by security forces. He was also accused of writing an offensive inscription on her mailbox.
He was released after serving his full sentence as determined by the court and deported to the Russian Federation on March 12, 2022.
